Nicole De Paz followed in her elder brother’s footsteps and joined Venturing Crew 369 2016. She earned her Summit Award -its highest honor in 2020- the fourth with the Crew and the Coastal Georgia Council.
She is an Introduction to Leadership Skill for Crews trainer, completed EDGE training, a recruiter for her Unit, and a trained Mentor. She completed Kodiak Challenge, staffed NYLT (National Youth Leadership Training), Wilderness First Aid, and Historic Trails Award. She attended Venturing Fest 2018 at the Summit Bechtel National Scout Reserve.
Her role within Crew has been the Historian and Crew Guide.
She was tasked to design and lead a service project that would benefit others. She chose to build a little free pantry to be stationed at her church, Goshen United Methodist.
She was also one of the first female Ordeal Inductees of the Order of the Arrow -becoming an Arrowmen at the I-Tsu-La Lodge- moving forward she earned her Brotherhood and is a member of their AIA dance team.
